02. Courses Adapted To The Workday
To achieve your NVQ Qualifications, we use the OSAT route to achievement – On Site Assessment and Training. This means that all assessments will be carried out in the workplace, incurring minimal disruption to the working day. During each session evidence will be identified and gathered to create a portfolio towards your vocational qualification.
The candidate will need to demonstrate practical skills and portray understanding and awareness of the job, to evidence their level of knowledge in the industry.
