CIOB Level 4 Diploma in Site Management

You’ll be taught in the classroom by industry-experienced professionals from the Construction Management industry. This course includes student membership of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Unit 2 Managing the Quality of Construction Works
Unit 3 Managing Health, Safety and Wellbeing in Construction Works
Unit 4 Project Planning, Control, Monitoring and Risk for Construction
Unit 5 Managing People in a Professional Construction Context
Unit 6 Organisation of the Construction Site
Unit 7 Construction Project Resourcing and Cost Management
Unit 8 Managing the Technology of Modern and Traditional Construction Works
Unit 9 Managing Sustainable Construction

Assessments / Exams
You will be continuously assessed throughout your studies. This includes written assignments, report writing and presentations.

Entry requirements
To be eligible to join this course you must have successfully completed the CIOB Certificate in Site Management Level 4.

What this course leads to
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded the CIOB Level 4 Diploma in Site Management. If you choose to take your studies further you’ll be able to progress to the CIOB Level 6 Chartered Management Programme (MCIOB).
You’ll have developed your skills, knowledge and understanding of site management by the end of this course, which could support you towards promotion to more senior management roles in the construction industry.
